Gelato is an indica-dominant hybrid which is a cross of a a fruity, indica Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint Cookies. This strain has a very sweet aroma when it's in bloom and has a sweet sherbet flavour, with blueberry and orange hints. This is a potent strain with THC as high as 25%, so recommended for an evening smoke or a lazy day Gelato has small buds although they have a very solid structure like small rocks. They also tend to be a dark green in colour with purple hues and bright orange pistils. Even though this strain does not give the biggest yields in 8 – 9 weeks of flowering, the grow will surely not be disappointed as the end result's will give you some top-shelf smoking.
